I really really hope you don't have actual E Coli. Have you seen a doctor? "Garden variety" food poisoning, so to speak, is thoroughly miserable, but E Coli can be potentially permanently damaging or fatal. If that's what's affected you, you really truly need immediate treatment. You especially don't want to take a chance with Adia becoming infected. It's particularly dangerous to infants.
If you did contract an E Coli infection, you also need to be sure it is reported and investigated to prevent a general outbreak.
